International Day of Press Freedom

We have a 25th anniversary of press freedom, and our colleagues still live in the event of a loss of journalistic freedom, difficulty in obtaining information and free news coverage.
We are in the body monitoring violations in Bercav and at the moment of sadness on our colleagues who have paid their lives for the sake of truth, we would like to remind the relevant organizations that the reality of freedom information in our country Syria is in a bad situation, at the moment that there are three colleagues who are still absent from their workplaces and whose parents do not know anything about them. The reality of media colleagues and media activists (citizen journalists, social media activists) and the camera professionals are living in a difficult moment in Kurdag/Afrin where colleagues such as Dr. Abdul Majid Shixo, and colleague Delshan Qarajoli were arrested and released after a long period of investigation and now the fate of the colleague Ahmad Shafei Bilal is unknown.
At a time when we congratulate colleagues on their world day, we appeal organizations concerned with freedom of expression and the press to stand by Syrian journalists, who paid a heavy price in this war.
There is not only one side that suppresses the press, there are warlords and a lot of sides see the press as a target, which means that we are entitled to redouble effort so that the journalistic scene can perform its role on both tracks:
-crystalizing of a free and objective journalist reality in Syria and in all provinces.
-Working on the course of maintaining journalistic freedoms so that journalists can perform his role to convey the image of the people and reflect their situation.
Let's work together to be on a collecting platform.
Let us work together to renounce hatred.
Let us work together until we get to the reality of a free journalist.
